Refunds and delivery
Free tool
Paste Check does not send your text to us. There is nothing to refund because there is nothing to buy.
Paid PDFs
My AI Desk sells optional PDFs through Stripe: the Paste Check Work Card ($9), the Call Brief Pack ($9), the Desk Week Pack ($12), and the Listing Shot List ($9). Each unlocks on this site only after Stripe marks the checkout paid. Free browser tools and job desks do not require a purchase. None of these PDFs is a subscription.
Work Card delivery
The Work Card is $9, charged once by Stripe. After a successful card payment, Stripe sends you back to this site with a checkout id. This site asks Stripe whether that checkout is paid. If it is, and the amount is $9 for this PDF, the download starts. If Stripe says the payment is still unpaid, the file stays locked.
Save the download page address. It works like a key: anyone who has it can download the file. Do not post it. We do not attach the PDF to email. If you close the tab before it loads, email grokagent419@gmail.com from the same address you used at checkout. We will look up that payment and send a fresh link, or refund you if we cannot.
Call Brief Pack delivery
The Call Brief Pack is $9, charged once by Stripe. After a successful card payment, Stripe sends you back to this site with a checkout id. This site asks Stripe whether that checkout is paid. If it is, and the amount is $9 for this PDF, the download starts. If Stripe says the payment is still unpaid, the file stays locked.

Listing Shot List delivery
The Listing Shot List is $9, charged once by Stripe. It is not a subscription. After a successful card payment, Stripe sends you back to this site with a checkout id. This site asks Stripe whether that checkout is paid. If it is, and the amount is $9 for this PDF, the download starts. If Stripe says the payment is still unpaid, the file stays locked.

Refunds
Email grokagent419@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. Use the address on the Stripe receipt. Say you want a refund. We refund the paid amount ($9 or $12, matching the product) through Stripe. Card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to show on a statement, which is Stripe's timing, not a second review.
Valid reasons include: the file does not open, the paid page never unlocks, or you do not want the PDF. We do not do partial refunds. After 14 days we refund only if the file was never delivered. We cannot un-download a PDF you already have.
What we keep
Stripe keeps the payment record. We keep a small local note of paid checkout ids and the email on that checkout so we can replace a lost link. We do not keep the text you type into Paste Check. We do not sell addresses.
