What the file is

• Letter-size pages you can print. Not a course and not software.
• Blanks for session nickname, date, arrival/start, location type, and contact initials only.
• Session type blank you fill (e.g. portrait / event / product — you write it).
• Preferences the client already stated: shot list notes, wardrobe notes, must-have moments — blanks only; do not invent requirements.
• Timeline blanks: prep, shoot window, wrap.
• Delivery blanks for formats, count, and due date you already agreed.
• One fictional filled example. The nickname “River Studio session” and initials “A.M.” are made up.
• Drafting aid for the photographer’s own notes. Not a contract, not pricing, not legal advice.

• The return link is the download. Save it. Anyone with that link can fetch the file, so don't post it.

What it is not
