What the file is

• Letter-size pages you can print. Not a course and not software.
• Blanks for shoot date, client private label, initials only, location nickname, your initials, call time, first shot target, and wrap target.
• Gear checklist: camera bodies, lenses, cards, batteries, lights, backups — checkboxes.
• Shot priorities the client already agreed (blank lines). Leave blank when none.
• Timeline blocks: prep / main / detail / wrap.
• Light/weather notes you already observed (facts only), delivery date/format already agreed, wrap notes, and one ops note.
• One fictional filled example. “R.L.” and “Harbor portrait slot” are made up. No invented results or testimonials.
• Drafting aid for the photographer’s own run notes. Call the person “the client.” The photographer reviews before relying on any line.
• You get it on the next page only after Stripe marks the payment paid.
• The return link is the download. Save it. Anyone with that link can fetch the file, so don't post it.
