What the file is

• One letter-size page you can print. Not a course and not software.
• Blanks for client private label, initials only, period, your initials, and the books-tool name.
• Documents in hand: bank, card, processor payout if they use one, payroll report if they run payroll, and a count of receipts still missing.
• Three reconcile lines. Nickname, statement ending date, reconciled yes or no, and any difference still open. No full account numbers.
• Review checks for uncategorized transactions, new payees, open invoices, overdue invoices the client already knows about, unpaid bills, and own-account transfers.
• A place to mark that you saved a profit-and-loss and a balance sheet, plus two lines for questions. The sheet does not judge the numbers.
• Close log: started, finished, next close, and one ops note.
• One fictional example. “A.P.” and “North studio books” are made up. No invented results or testimonials.
• You get the file on the next page only after Stripe marks the payment paid.
• The return link is the download. Save it. Anyone with that link can fetch the file, so don't post it.

What it is not
